Lai Toh Heen is a high end restaurant renowned for its innovative balance between traditional and modern variations on Shanghai Style Chinese cuisine. In order to provide a dining atmosphere appropriate to the restaurant’s award-winning cuisine, a collection of Noriko’s contemporary calligraphy pieces were commissioned by the restaurant’s owners. The pieces use a set of characters which thematically focus on the many sensory stimulation which the restaurateurs have aimed to fold into the culinary experience of Lai Toh Heen's Visitors.
